Interview with CEO about upcoming second half of the season

Temuujin Ulambayar, CEO of Central Stallions, has played a key role in shaping the club’s culture of high standards and sustainable growth, guiding the team to the top of the league. As the squad continues indoor training during the off-season and prepares for the league’s return, this is an important moment to hear his perspective on leadership, long-term vision, and how the club plans to maintain its momentum moving forward.

How is the club ensuring that the team maintains its match form until the league resumes?

After the season break, we gave our players one week of rest. Following that, we have been consistently conducting fitness training four times a week, focusing on maintaining the players’ overall physical condition, endurance, and strength. Starting from January 1, we resumed field training and have intensified our sessions to improve tactics, team organization, and on-field communication. We are making the most of the break to ensure that we return for the remaining matches of the season better prepared and more united as a team.

How does leading the league align with Central Stallions’ long-term goals?

Our club’s long-term objective is to qualify for the AFC Challenge League and to consistently compete successfully at that level, becoming a team capable of competing on the Asian stage. To earn qualification, we must finish in the top two of the league. Therefore, leading the league and maintaining consistent performance are directly aligned with our strategic goals.

What message would you like to share with your supporters?

First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank all our fans who continuously support us. Your support is an essential part of the team’s success. We are not stopping at our current achievements, we will continue to push further and bring you even more joy. For the remainder of the season, we have prepared many fan-focused activities and surprises. We are confident that together with your continued support, we will achieve even greater success.

How important is fan support in maintaining the team’s momentum during the second half of the season?

Playing in front of our supporters gives our players tremendous motivation and additional strength. Especially in the second half of the season, when competition becomes more intense, fan support plays a crucial role in maintaining the team’s mentality and momentum. The atmosphere in the stadium and the encouragement from the stands fuel every player’s desire to win and fight harder. With the backing of our fans, we are confident that we can successfully navigate the remainder of the season and achieve our goals.
